Is Blissfully Green insured?

Yes, we are insured and bonded. We would be more than happy to provide our certificate of insurance upon your request. Or if you would like, you can speak to our agent. 

Is there anything I need to do to prepare my home for you?

We would appreciate your home being clutter free and picked up prior to our arrival. Doing so allows us to clean more efficiently and thoroughly. 

Do I need to provide any products or equipment? 

We provide our own products and equipment. The only thing we ask you to provide is a toilet brush. If you would like us to use your products or equipment for something specific, we would be happy to. 

Do I need to be home during the clean?

 Most of our clients prefer not to be home while we clean, but it is up to you. We always recommend you do whatever makes you comfortable. If you will not be home when we arrive, we will make arrangements on how you prefer we enter your home at the time of scheduling.

How much will it cost to have my home professionally cleaned?
Our pricing is primarily based on the square footage of your home. From there, you may add services or completely customize your house cleaning altogether. Please visit our pricing page to view our rates. Remember, you can also request a quote online

How do I pay for your services?

We accept payment by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards. If paying by cash or check, we ask that you leave payment on the kitchen counter. If you are paying by credit card, we ask that payment be made when scheduling your clean or we can call for payment when we arrive to your home. 

What if I am not satisfied?

We inspect the quality of cleaning in each home before we leave. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied let us know within 24 hours and we would be more than happy to return the next day and make sure we correct anything you have an issue or concern with.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least a 24-hour cancellation notice for our maid services in Austin. If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to the time scheduled, there is no charge. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, there is a $35 charge. If we arrive at your home at our scheduled time and we have no means to enter your home, we will try to call the number we have on file and try to work something out. If we cannot, then there is a $45 charge.
